Allstates began in 2014 as a family-owned milling and reclamation company with a mission to be the best in Minnesota’s asphalt and soil recycling industry. We set our sights on safety, reliability, and high-quality work. 

Today, our mission hasn’t changed, but our reach has expanded. We now serve over 20 states, partnering with private companies, state and federal agencies, Departments of Transportation, as well as the oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors.
